Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this latest document drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a key detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
